The City of Coeur d’Alene releases guidelines today for use of Tubbs hill. The guidelines will help visitors enjoy the forested area in the middle of Coeur d’Alene.
The guidelines have several does and don’ts. For example, the City asks guests not to liter, bike, or camp in the area; but welcomes dogs and volunteers to help keep the forest strong .
