Press Release from Kootenai County Commissioners
The public is invited to attend our quarterly Question and Answer Town Hall on Tuesday, October 29 at 6:00 p.m. Join us as we engage with the public on pressing topics and reveal survey results for the first time at our town hall.
The Commissioners held a survey this summer at the North Idaho State Fair, allowing residents to share their thoughts on county-related topics. These results will be opened for the very first time at our town hall.
Recognizing the challenges faced by individuals with busy work schedules, the County Commissioners have organized an evening town hall to ensure easy access for public participation. This open meeting provides an opportunity for residents to ask questions and receive answers directly from their local government representatives. This meeting aims to foster engagement and enhance responsiveness to community concerns.
The Commissioners are unable to answer questions on pending non-legislative land use and
development cases at this town hall event. These cases must follow the correct procedure and will be reviewed during their designated public hearing.
All residents are encouraged to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to address questions and gain insights from their County Commissioners.
When: Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Where: Kootenai County Administration Building – Meeting Room 1A/1B, 451 N. Government Way, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
