Press Release from Idaho Freedom Caucus
The results of the November 2024 elections are finally bearing fruit—and they’re sweet! From President Trump’s federal course correction to a stronger conservative presence in Idaho, we’re proud to be part of this long-overdue return to reality and common sense.
The Idaho Freedom Caucus (IFC) is leading the charge by advancing legislation in line with our vision that promotes personal responsibility, transparency, and limited government. Despite opposition and political attacks from ideological agitators, IFC members stayed focused—proving that teamwork, strategy, and citizen involvement are key to real legislative impact.
In the 2025 session, public IFC members personally worked on more than 125 specific bills. We had over 62 bills signed into law, delivering wins in areas like tax relief, education choice, state sovereignty, and free speech protection. These reforms reflect the values of Idahoans and signal a bold step toward a freer, stronger future for our state.
We don’t have space to detail every challenge or bill that didn’t cross the finish line because the list of victories is just too long. You can view all legislation that was considered and voted on here.
Below is a list of legislation sponsored or co-sponsored by IFC public members that was signed into law—a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. Legislators in parenthesis are not public IFC members, but were critical in the fight.
Idaho Freedom Caucus members appreciate all the help and hard work from citizens across the state. We look forward to talking about these bills in more detail in upcoming newsletters and throughout the coming year at fairs, townhalls, barbeques, and other events.
