Idaho State Police is investigating an injury crash which occurred on April 20, 2025 at 5:50 p.m. on North Spokane Street at North Encanto Drive in Post Falls.
A gray 2024 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited motorcycle was traveling southbound on Spokane Street when it lost control and struck two parked vehicles.
The motorcycle was occupied by a 31-year-old male from Post Falls, ID, and a juvenile. The 31-year-old male sustained critical injuries. The juvenile sustained serious injuries. Both parties were transported to a local hospital by ground ambulance.
Both occupants were not wearing helmets at the time of the crash. The roadway was closed for approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes while responders worked on scene. It has since been reopened.
Post Falls Police Department, Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office, and Kootenai County Fire Rescue assisted with the incident.
This crash remains under investigation.
