On Friday, the Coeur d’Alene Police department announced that a concerning situation had occurred in the late morning at one of Heritage Health’s clinics:
According to a police report obtained through a public records request, the complaint was filled when Terah Simpson called a 911 operator and made a complaint about threatening activity. The report says that the individual came into the clinic and asked for a specific employee (the employee’s name was redacted for confidentiality purposes).
The clinic staff then asked the man if there was anything they could help him with. After answering the question (the answer was also redacted) the man left the clinic. Because the staff apparently felt threatened, they called the police.
It is unclear why the Coeur d’Alene Police are looking for the man if his actions were not criminal.
